We target search/headhunt- We don’t post ads or attend job fairs. Rather, we investigate and learn as much as possible about our client’s needs, culture, challenges and goals. Only then do we get to work researching the market and find the best candidates based on what our client’s need.
A Players
We only submit candidates who are in the top 5% of their sales team with proven track records and stability.
Due Diligence
Our candidates are screened and interviewed 2-3 times before meeting our client’s hiring manager. Our candidates are well vetted and have shown us their outstanding follow-up skills and interest in our clients, opportunity.
Communication
We are in constant communication with our candidates which limit the opportunity for surprises or landmines within the interview process.
