- We only submit candidates who are in the top 5% of their sales team with proven track records and stability.
- Our candidates are screened and interviewed 2-3 times before meeting our client’s hiring manager. Our candidates are well vetted and have shown us their outstanding follow-up skills and interest in our clients opportunity.
- We are in constant communication with our candidates which limit the opportunity for surprises or landmines within the interview process.
- We debrief with our candidates after every interview so that we can give the hiring managers raw feedback in a timely manner.
- We consult with our client companies and coach them so that their interviews are effective and successful.
